JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide installation and maintenance support of Unix system, storage, peripherals and softwares.

To manage the team to ensure that the target contract SLA's and deliverables are met.

To supervise and manage case resolution, case escalation and case management with customers, partners, and principals.

To assist with on-site technical services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Familiar on IBM AIX Administration, HP-UX Administration, Sun Solaris Administration, LPAR configuration, Monitoring Tools, System backup, SAN Storage.

Preference will be given to candidates with Unix support experience in Solaris or HP-UX

Professional certifications in any Unix will be an asset

Knowledge on Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Application server, DB2, Web sphere, Business Objects is an advantage.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
