JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the support of Active Directory, Exchange on Windows environment.
- New system implementations and upgrade of existing systems, including project management, technical input, Operations Acceptance Testing and Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Ensure processes, guidelines and procedures are in place.
- Evaluate the technology solutions delivered by business and IS and develop acceptance criteria and process for the operability and supportability of the solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 5 years Ms. Exchange, Active Directory, NT/Server 2000 support with multiple domains and large user base.
- Regional and/or Global technical support experience.
- Knowledge on Policy/LDAP/Active Directory design & implementation.
- Basic knowledge about Networks protocol & infrastructure
- Exposure to MNC’s and large scale environments.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- The candidates should be independent & have good people management skills.
- Candidate must be Malaysia citizen.
