JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct business requirement study and document findings
- Document software application customization requirement specifications
- Conduct in-house and customer training for HCMS
- Assist customers in designing and setting up HCMS tables
- Assist customers in designing and setting up HCMS security
- Coordinate with Software Developers on customization specification preparation and delivery
- Testing and deployment of customizations functionalities
- Identify scenarios and document user acceptance testing
- Load data from legacy system and assist in data transformation process
- Assist customers to execute and validate parallel runs
- Provide support to customers via onsite, telephone, email and remote support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
§ Degree / Diploma holder
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Willing to travel outstation / overseas on assignments
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
- Must have excellent communication and documentation skills
Preference
§ Qualifications related to Human Resources / IT
§ Experience in consultancy / software vendor environment
§ Experience using or supporting Human Resource / Payroll software
§ Experience conducting training
§ Possess own transport
